If we cannot divide provinces into regions like in New World Empires than maybe we can create switch button that allows us to switch from troops picking to provinces picking . We make a circle around provinces we are interested and then you go

I have africa on map 500 divided between 3 players and I would like to quickly create rally point for africa only, that will be around 400 clicks with existing procedure or one circle with a new feature. Having provinces on every continent it would help me a great way.

make it even part of HQ if you think it will boost HQ sales- but we need it for huge maps.

You can select all the provinces of Africa by encircling it with right click instead of left click.
