According to the rules as I understand them, the first player to conquer 4 oil provinces and holds them for 3 days is the winner. Well, I've done that and the game still continues.

These sort of control point maps give credit at day change, if you have control of all 4 points for full 3 days and cerdit has not been given you need fill out ticket 'bug report' within the map you are playing.
