I can't login to play on either my computer or iOS device, t sends me straight to the support form. Not sure what to do about this... I occasionally get through on my computer but then I still can't play the game without getting reverted to a support form.

This sounds like something way above the pay grade for anyone who comes in here. However, I would suggest that the first thing to do is read over that "support form" and possibly fill it out and submit it.
