I don't know why my PC suddenly unable to visualize the map, I can do anything except moving units since I can't see the map to select them. I'm currently playing mobile cuz of this problem.

same problem on pc with multiple browsers, if i play in legacy is fine , but new ui i get same result, have tried all the norm refresh, delete cookies cache... also submitted a ticket

Same issue for me, FYI.
Play on phone app, fine.
Play on computer in normal mode - I get this.
Play on computer in mobile mode - game doesn't load at all.

If I play on Phone its fine, but on PC, its bad

Issue is happening to me, i did tht but in the mean time i got more information, what is not loading is the <canvas>/webgl, i went on and google if my browser and computer supported WebGL and they are supported, so i believe this problem happens when initiating WebGL on some certain conditions, my graphics card is a RTX (2060S) i will keep checking for more information but thats all i got now, the problem seems to be on your side

If anyone is having this issue might be worth to check this website just to make sure you support webGl
