Supremacy veteran here,
army trade restrictions( from what I can recall)
You could trade up to 10% of your army.
Infantry got a morale penalty.
Available after day 7 ( I think)
Abuses already know:
1. Same person using multiple accounts to transfer army to his main account
2. Allied players transfer mech to one another back and forth to pass through enemy lines, One player is at war and the other one had ROW with the attacked player.
What else was an issue?
Please, give us an insight

how was possible to transfer all the army as there was a 10% limit for army transfers?

Limit of 10% for the sender or the receiver? If it's for the sender, sure, but they're still account pushing to send all of the troops they can in a match they don't intend to play. If it's for the receiver, then you transfer 10% of your troops to each member of a coalition, and then archive.
