How does this work?? I've always been told that the last person killing the last unit would get the region??
On the screenshot, I am Arabia (Arabie) and killed the regiment in Smyrne, while my ally Egypt (Egypte) TOOK Smyrne ???
I killed the last unit on the region and didn't get it, another (allied) army was also there and got it

Its not true that the player to kill the stack will get the province.
I am not entirely sure how it is determined though.- Some say its random.
- I have been wondering if the distance from province center plays a role (the player whose stack is closer to province center will get the province), but I did not test this myself.
