It’s not having multiple accounts that’s the issue it’s vote manipulation (and/or offensive behavior). So if you’ve been identified as someone who vote manipulates then they don’t want you back under any account. If you have multiple accounts just to have them it’s not a problem (like one for politics and one for a hobby for instance)
