Cant access my 500 Game #7442029

I spent about a month in this game preparing for a massive war nearly took the entire English Scottish Island and I woke up and can't access my game, if I got banned from it can I please have my game back, don't like my time being wasted and if not might as well ban the rest of my account, I'll rather play Hoi4
