If you are playing a 4x game, the ressource per hour are also adjusted to the speed.
So the game says -250 fish / hour -> in a 4x game it is -1000 fish / "real" hour.
Unfortunately i'm not sure which hours will be shown by "last for" .. I think it should be ingame hours not "real" hours.
