The support don't write back and when they do they just respond with wyrd messages

I've seen it work. I know people who wrote to the support and the support then created the round for them. I now have a discord server with a lot of 70+ members and we finally want to do a 100 player round RP. So I want to know where and how I can write to support to create 100 player rounds with a password.
