    Angry More coordination in sabotage.

    I have no problem with the fact economical/military sabotage's AI took their own decisions independently from the player's desire. But today it's terribly random: many saboteurs make the same task repeatedly (i.e. stealing taxes or destroying resources many times)

    I think that sabotage system could be corrected, assigning a certain occurrence after X saboteurs are hired.

    well the chances increase as each spy offcourse does his own task so more spies higher chances. This game should remain chance driven but it might be an idea to give some sort of a focus to your spies to increase the chance they'll do a mission you want them to do
