Hello ! It's really easy you just need to go to the menu where you are before you enter your match/game and if you are on phone then down in your screen you should see many options like Game, Shop, Ranking, and then Alliances, press Alliances and press create alliance... If you are on PC then it should be up in the screen more to the center right where it says the same list, and press Alliances and create alliance, hope it helps

Everytime I respond to someone, it says deactivated? is it normal while it gets approved?

everytime you choose to build a harbour, the game lets you choose on which end to put it ( where it's possible ), and then depending where you chose to have it installed it's where they will spawn

Did you try to erase your browser cache of Supremacy 1914? and/or use different information when creating the accounts?

New players and Experienced players can both benefit from this !
