In recent games I fulfilled requirements for Artillery Badge - Elite and Economic Dominance Ribbon but didn't receive them. Is there a problem with awards?
Yes, the XP and badge systems have been broken for over a year now. Bytro's line has been that they're going to fix it but do not have a date for when it will be fixed. The problem has gotten worse, not better.
