Does how long a spy has been active in an enemy's territory effect how effective they are at accomplishing their mission? For example, if you deployed 10 spies right before the day change, will they have a lower probability of successfully completing their mission?
Are spies less effective the later in the day you deploy them?

as far as i know, there will always be a chance for spies to succes of 50 %. No matter, how long they have been active.
Spies are always exposed to the danger of being caught in their missions if they are stationed on foreign territory. The risk of exposure is different for each spy mission and is vastly increased if an enemy counter intelligence spy is deployed in the same province.
Do you have any other questions about s1914?
