gain experience during fights. and there should be soldier fatigue. Make units more valuable by making them gain experience. Sleep and rest should be added.

Ground troops should not be to cross oceans without ships. Simple no boat no ocean travel. No different than no plane no flying. When you group troops with boats, they should move at boat speed and not infantry speed. Make a limit to the number of troops that can board the boat. The game should across take seasons into account, random weather, rain, sleet, snow, other weather and environmental events for the region. There should be a goldmarking cap in each match. And more oversight on cheater, bullies, verbal abusers. Some bad stuff being said on here.
