I think when someone joins, they are given a country that was run by AI. So unless I’m mistaken, the AI you replaced was at war. Correct me if I am wrong.

I would be in support for terrain features. Can be useful to add effects too. Like mountains take longest to pass over all others. Marsh/forest would take a little longer. Rivers too
