Hi Jasen, it's possible you might need to zoom out on your browser if you cannot see the ok button, as it's at the bottom of the box the interactive map is in and if you can't scroll down then my guess is you're zoomed in too far to see it :)

If you click on the province, then on the name of the province in the province bar, you can see a list of what's affecting morale in that province. It'll show you what the target morale is, and what's positively and negatively affecting target morale.

If the target morale is 100+ then the province morale with rise a little each day change to meet that. If it isn't 100+ then you need to build more factories/harbors/railways/fortresses (only these 4 buildings help morale) and make sure you always keep at least one full day of every resource in stock for every day change.

If none of this helps and you think you may be experiencing some kind of bug, feel free to report it to support, found in settings.

It's possible that these provinces were gained through revolt, or that they were traded to them. You can check this by looking at the newspaper and finding any news about the province. If the player is being traded many double resource provinces from someone, and you wish to report this for possible account pushing, you can email [email protected] and include the game ID, suspected players IDs, and a description of what's happening.

    Attention, General!

In today’s update, we’ve implemented some balancing changes for fortresses, and fixed some crucial bugs. Let’s take a look!

    Fortress Balancing Update:

We've identified some key issues with Fortresses, particularly in early-game scenarios where their long build times and vulnerability made them less effective. To address this, we've rebalanced Fortresses across all levels to improve their usability, especially in low morale territories and early confrontations.

    • Fortress Level 1:
      • Construction Time: Reduced from 24 hours to 8 hours.
      • Defense Bonus: Adjusted from 50% to 30%.
      • Hitpoints: Increased from 20 to 40.
      • Minimum Condition: Fortress level 1 begins offering some protection bonus at 10 HP (25% of total HP), which increases gradually as it builds until it’s complete. This begins with the first hit point in each of the next levels.
    • Fortress Level 2:
      • Construction Time: Reduced from 24 hours to 16 hours.
      • Defense Bonus: Adjusted from 60% to 45%.
      • Additional Hitpoints: Increased from 25 to 40.
    • Fortress Level 3:
      • Construction Time: Remains at 24 hours.
      • Defense Bonus: Adjusted from 70% to 60%.
      • Additional Hitpoints: Increased from 30 to 40.
    • Fortress Level 4:
      • Construction Time: Increased from 24 hours to 32 hours.
      • Defense Bonus: Adjusted from 80% to 75%.
      • Additional Hitpoints: Increased from 35 to 40.
    • Fortress Level 5:
      • Construction Time: Increased from 24 hours to 40 hours.
      • Defense Bonus: Remains at 90%.
      • Additional Hitpoints: Fixed at 40.
These changes make Fortresses faster to build on the frontlines and more durable in prolonged battles, ensuring they remain a strong defensive option. While the defense bonus is slightly reduced for shorter engagements, their increased hit points mean they can endure longer, and provide consistent protection, even shielding other structures in your province. These changes will only affect maps that are created after today’s update.

    Bug Fixes:
    • Idle Troops in Allied Territory: We resolved a bug where idle troops were automatically attacking instead of defending when attacked in allied territory.
    • Tutorial Tips Not Fully Readable: We've fixed an issue where, in some languages, text overflowed and images were not properly centred in the tutorial box.

We are also in the process of implementing a moderation tool that automatically checks the newspaper for prohibited content. These fixes enhance the game's usability and ensure smoother gameplay experiences across different languages and scenarios. Prepare your defenses, Generals, and make the most of these fortified improvements!

For a closer look at the changes please check out the detailed list of updates and share your feedback with us on our Discord server.

    Best of luck General,
    Your Bytro Team

The next Hero to join your ranks in the upcoming Heroes update is a non-historical figure whose name strikes fear into the hearts of his enemies - Orhan "Kangal" Demir. Based on feedback we received from the community about the first Hero we announced, Viscount Allenby, we thought this armored car specialist would be the perfect defensive counter to Allenby’s attacking prowess. As we move closer to the release, we’re excited to introduce you to this formidable warrior whose cunning and resilience will bring new defensive strategies to your battlefield.

    Who Is Orhan “Kangal” Demir?
Orhan "Kangal" Demir was a rebellious young man from a remote village who, by his teens, gained a reputation for defying authority and outrunning trouble. During a visit to Adrianople, he learned to drive, a skill that would later prove crucial. As World War I reached his homeland, “Kangal”, forgotten by authorities and unregistered for military service, chose to stay and protect his family. Forming a group with those unable to enlist, he led night raids against enemy scouts, utilizing his skills to steal a French-made armored car, which he turned into a formidable weapon. His unit, eventually growing in strength, became notorious for their mobility and surprise attacks, turning villages into strongholds and instilling fear in the enemy, who learned that nothing was undefended in “Kangal’s” territory.

Orhan “Kangal” Demir’s Skills: Armored Defense Specialist
When “Kangal” joins your army, he brings with him a set of skills designed to bolster your defenses and ensure your armored cars can withstand any assault. “Kangal” starts with a 10% defense bonus to armored cars when first unlocked, and after you’ve levelled him up to the 5th tier, he deploys with the following skills:
    • Iron Wall Defense: Provides a 20% defense bonus to all armored cars in his army. This ability transforms your armored vehicles into nearly impenetrable bastions, allowing them to hold the line against even the most formidable enemies.
    • Armored Vanguard: Enters the battlefield accompanied by two armored cars, ready to lead your forces with unmatched mobility and strength. These units, enhanced by “Kangal’s” tactical prowess, become key players in executing surprise attacks and reinforcing your defensive positions.
Get Ready for the Heroes Update!
The arrival of Orhan "Kangal" Demir is just one part of the exciting Heroes update coming soon. As you prepare to rally your forces, remember that Heroes like “Kangal” will play a pivotal role in your strategy, offering unique advantages that could turn the tide of battle in your favour. Keep an eye on our official channels, including our Discord server, for all the latest updates.

We're thrilled to share more about the various mechanics of the upcoming Heroes feature that will redefine your strategic gameplay. Following our previous updates on unlocking, deploying and upgrading Heroes, let's delve deeper into how these legendary units will operate on the battlefield.

    Key Mechanics of Heroes
    • Stacking Limitations: To maintain balance and tactical diversity, only one Hero can be in a single army. This encourages thoughtful deployment and enhances the strategic complexity of your forces.
    • Mobilisation Times: Each Hero will have distinct mobilisation times based on balancing requirements. This means that the time it takes for a Hero to become battle-ready will vary, adding a new layer of planning to your campaigns.
    • Map Limit: In our initial release, you'll be able to deploy any number of the available Heroes that you have unlocked on a single map. We intend to add a limit to the number of Heroes deployable in one map at a later point, after release, as we continue to add more Heroes.
    • Days of Availability: Heroes will be available to deploy on different days, so coordinating their placement with your broader strategy will be key to gaining the upper hand.
    • Resurrection Cooldown: Although Heroes are powerful units, they are not invincible. If a Hero is lost in battle, we intend that they won’t be immediately available for redeployment. We’re planning to introduce a resurrection cooldown, which will require you to adapt and rethink your tactics. This feature may not be ready for the initial launch, but if not, it's a top priority for subsequent updates.

    Looking Ahead
As we continue to refine and perfect the Heroes feature, we look forward to sharing more with you about these exciting new units. Keep an eye out here, in game and in our Official Discord to share your thoughts and learn more about upcoming updates. We’re excited to see how Heroes will transform your strategies and shape the battles to come. Get ready to harness their unique powers and lead your nation to glory!

    Best of luck General,
    Your Bytro Team

Hello, I can assure you that multi reports are taken very seriously and are handled within a few days. If there is enough evidence indicating that the player was multi accounting, they will be removed from the round. You should receive a message saying that your report is being investigated, and then you won't receive any further communication after that as we cannot discuss the outcome of an investigation with you due to privacy laws.

Because you are in a "tutorial" map, you will encounter a lot of new players in their first maps, and these players start with 20 infantry in each province, and one piece of artillery.

    heroes_news_update_01.jpg

Our team is working hard on bringing our vision for the previously announced Heroes to life. The Beta version of our first Hero - Viscount Allenby - is still available for our Frontline Pioneers to play and try out this great new feature. While we are super excited to share more about what’s coming with all of you, for now we’d like to refresh everyone on Heroes and what they are!

    What Happened to Generals?

You’re probably wondering where the new term “Heroes” came from. We found that “Generals” was too specific and restricted us to a certain kind of image. The term Heroes makes us feel much more comfortable in terms of design freedom. It offers a broader range to add exciting and unique units to the game, that would otherwise not fit the narrow alley of only the highest ranking officers. Heroes is a working title and we’re not quite fixed on this new name, so please bear with us as we figure this out, as this might change again. Of course, if you have any suggestions, we’d love to hear them!

    What are Heroes?

Heroes are enhanced units who have special skills that can buff the army, or specific units in the army that they’re stacked with. For example, our first Hero, Viscount Allenby, is a cavalry Hero whose current skills offer boosts to all of the units, and also specifically the cavalry in his army:

    • Increased Movement Speed: Gives a speed buff to all units in the stack.
    • Cavalry Bodyguard: Starts with cavalry units to bolster your initial setup.
    • Enhanced Attack Damage of Cavalry Units: Increases the attacking strength of Cavalry in the stack.

    The Future of Heroes:

Viscount Allenby is just the beginning of this new adventure. Our dedicated team is working diligently to bring a diverse set of Heroes to life, enabling you to pick, choose and enhance different strategies, depending on your personal playstyle. There will be different Heroes for different unit types, which you can unlock and upgrade as you progress through the game.

    • Persistent Units: Heroes will be tied to your account and can be used across different maps. Once you unlock them, they can be deployed in several maps at the same time. As with almost all aspects of Heroes, this might change as we further work on enhancing them.
    • Upgradeable Heroes: The current version of Allenby on beta starts on the highest tier, but our intention is that once you’ve unlocked a Hero they start at tier 1 and you will need to upgrade them to progress them to the next tiers and unlock their various skills.
    • Deployment Cooldown: Losing a Hero in battle is not the end for them. Your Hero will still be in your account and can be used again. After a cooldown period your Heroes will be ready to rejoin the fight!

We’d like to give a big thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback with us about the Heroes so far. We’re really enjoying hearing your wonderful suggestions and opinions, and you’ve given us some very helpful insights into how we can deliver the best version of Heroes possible. We really can’t wait to share more with you about them. Stay tuned for regular updates about these incredible new units here, on the forum, and in our Official Discord.

Hello, I am well, I hope you are too?

The reply you received is the standard message when a GO investigates a report, and there is never a follow-up communication to this message as we cannot discuss the outcome of an investigation due to privacy laws. This was mentioned in the reply you received. The investigation took place and was concluded around the time you received the message. No action was taken due to a lack of evidence to support any action. As I am sure you can understand, we cannot ban players from rounds without sufficient evidence that any rules were broken. This is why I asked that you reply and ask for it to be investigated again, as more time has passed there is a higher chance that there could be sufficient evidence now. Once a case has been closed, it is not re-opened unless requested, which is why if you are unhappy with the outcome of an investigation, you need to ask for it to be looked at again.

We take multi accounting very seriously, and look into these reports as soon as possible. When you make a report, you only need to provide us with the game ID and suspected players ID(s) with a brief description of why you suspect cheating. All evidence needed to take any action can be found by the Game Operator investigating the report. We usually investigate reports within 3 days, and we're sorry if this sometimes takes longer, but sometimes we just receive too many reports to handle at certain times. If there is enough evidence against the player, they will be removed from the round and if they are a repeating offender their account will be suspended. You can see if someone has been banned in the newspaper, or you will notice they have turned into AI. If they are not removed after an investigation it is due to a lack of evidence. In cases like that, you can always request that it be investigated again.

I hope that this clears everything up for you, and that you have a pleasant day!

    hello Gardem__

Thank you for reporting this case to us. I can see that you did receive a reply the day after we received your report. Your report was investigated. If you are not happy with how it has been handled you can always reach out to support in game, or reply to the message you received from the Game Operator saying that you wish for the report to be investigated again, which will result in a second investigation by a different Game Operator. You can add any extra evidence you have since your last report there too.

    Attention, General!

Prepare for strategic enhancements on the battlefield! We have implemented a series of balancing changes and bug fixes to ensure a smoother and more engaging experience in your campaigns. Let's dive into the details:

    Balancing Changes
    • Factory Availability Adjustments: We've updated the availability of factories, enabling you to bolster your production capabilities sooner. The day of availability for each factory level has been reduced by 2 days:
      • Factory Level 1: Now available on Day 6 (previously Day 8)
      • Factory Level 2: Now available on Day 8 (previously Day 10)
      • Factory Level 3: Now available on Day 10 (previously Day 12)
      • Factory Level 4: Now available on Day 12 (previously Day 14)
    • Aerodrome Access: The day of availability has been changed from Day 10 to Day 8 to account for earlier access to factories.
    • Railway Accessibility: Railways will now be available on Day 3, down from Day 5, ensuring quicker troop movements across your empire and a more strategic choice in how you boost your economy in the early days.
    • Cavalry Production Time: Speed is of the essence! The production time for cavalry has been halved. It will now take 12 hours instead of 24 in a province with 100% morale and a Level 2 workshop to produce these swift units. We made this change to allow food-rich nations to advance quicker to the much needed provinces for earlier factories.

    Bug Fixes
    • Aeroplane Stack Splitting: We have resolved an issue that caused aeroplanes to teleport back to their home airfield when splitting a stack. The split unit will now correctly travel to its intended destination if within range or return to base if out of range.
    • Alliance ELO Rating: A bug that caused newly formed alliances to start with 0 ELO has been fixed. New alliances will now correctly start with an ELO value of 1000, ensuring fair competition from the get-go.

    • We hope these adjustments enhance your strategic planning and overall experience in Supremacy 1914. Onwards to victory!

For a closer look at the changes please check out the detailed list of updates and share your feedback with us on the forums and our Discord server.

      Best of luck General,
      Your Bytro Team

    Attention, General!

We're happy to present the latest bug fixes and updates to enhance your strategic warfare experience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we've addressed several key issues to ensure smoother gameplay. Read on for the details!

    • Grounded Planes No Longer Flee: We've resolved an issue where grounded planes were making a hasty retreat to the nearest aerodrome when under attack by land units. They will now engage in melee combat as intended. Also if the aerodrome in that province is damaged by the land units, the plane will now turn into a transport truck for the battle.
    • Grain Booster Card Adjusted: We have corrected the large booster card for grain, which now provides the intended amount of 5,000 units instead of a mere 500. Stock up and ensure your troops are well-fed and ready for the battles ahead!
    • Diplomatic Status Change Restriction: To maintain the integrity of wartime negotiations, we have fixed an issue that allowed players to change to another relation from the Diplomacy menu while at war. Going forward, such changes can only be executed through trade offers, ensuring all diplomatic maneuvers are deliberate and strategic.
    • Check out our newly revamped shop: Enjoy a sleek new design and an enhanced shopping experience. Dive in now to see the fresh look!

And to our Frontline Pioneers who were facing the issue with the white screen when trying to load the General Allenby map on mobile, this issue was fixed last week. It took longer than we anticipated, but we thank you for your patience and hope you’re now all enjoying testing the Generals.

Stay sharp on the battlefield, and keep sending us your invaluable feedback. These adjustments are designed to ensure a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all. See you on the front lines!
