You can actually change it yourself: If you fire up game on phone, you can change name once there. Just make sure you use your account login to log in game on phone.
Or you have to request name change via support request.

Ok, I can think about 3 possible things. As I cannot really see the game anymore.
1: One of enemy provinces revolted at last minute and you got 1 province with low morale.
2: Enemy spies sabotaged your morale in province, which could result in morale lower than 80%, even 1% will stop you from getting said Ribbon
3: While you certainly had big resource income. Are you sure you had ALL resources income highest than opponent? Even if he had 1 resource income higher than you by simple 1 unit, it is enough.

Yes that would certainly damage any troops. There is certain randomness involved into damage calculation but bombarding them will do damage.

Idea is that once you start with demolitions, there should be no way of going back. That is to prevent ppl from demolish scam(You are being attacked, start blowing up all buildings, but you defend so you decide to stop that process).
One extra thing: There should not be way to use GM to speed up this process.

As long as it takes some time and is not reversible. Should be nice. That is to make it 2 stage process.(First stage is 50%. Disable production and cost. Can still be repaired back to 100% by paying full cost, but only 33% of time. Second stage is complete demolition).
