I was invading France as Germany, and apparently the AI nation of Spain decided to join in and fight France. I captured a province, but some Spanish AI troops are just sitting there in MY province doing nothing.
How can I get them to leave without declaring war?
How can I make soldier troops faster? I see neighbors with 30 troops in a stack and 10 stacks but I can only create one stack every real life day, pretty much.

Recently, i tried to join a supremacy server, but it's stuck on the buffer screen permanently. My internet's fine and everything, but it sometimes will say "failed to connect to server 1234567890" try again later"
i also got a message saying i got kicked from the server for being inactive.
It also says that the server is at max capacity but my name is on the server list.
How can I fix this??
