I do agree with you. I do not like the new automated system.
It also locks you support report into waiting for a reply. So therefore unable to submit another report within that game until first one is resolved!

Are these actually being looked at, support tickets, report a player ticket, I filed 4 last Friday/Saturday/Sunday and now 6 or 7 days ish on no answer! way beyond the 72 hours stated when submitting the ticket.
And the subjects that I submitted the reports on are and were not covered by the FAQ section, these were actual player reported offenses, which fall under your terms of service!

doubt that would be possible as none HC players would still carry on playing. Unless a player would be willing to bare the cost of stopping the game for ALL the players, which would be an extremely expensive exercise, imaging doing that in a 500 game

I dispute that statement. The team is not the same team that you once had he privileged of being a member. Your facts are flawed and have no grounds to give such accusations.
I suggest you should rethink your statement
Please use the following steps to make reports.
ON DESKTOP
Click the settings wheel on the right hand side of the screen
and click settings, then report.
Chose appropriate "request type"
General Question
Bug Report
Game not loading
Combat/gameplay problem
Interface/menu problem
Profile/website problem
Server/Game performance
Payment Issue
Purchased item not received
User report
ON MOBILE
Click the more icon
and then report bug.
Making the Report
In the Request Subject box type the overall subject of the report;
Multi, newspaper/message swearing, "Something" Bug/issue etc...
In the description in the following manner
Game Number
Accused User Name and country (if you are reporting a player/s)
Then a description of the problem:-
If it is a ingame message or a newspaper article try to copy and paste into message, also give the day/date of the message. (also if multi messages don't send individual reports, ONE report is enough for us to get onto it and deal with the accused, just copy a few of the "offending" messages from that player)
If a suspected Multi account please also include the other name(s) and country(s) and a reason why you think they could be a multi account.
Don't make the message to long, we would rather get into investigating if they are or remove the offending article as quickly as we can.
Giving a long winded message will keep us occupied for to long and delay in our investigations.
Also taking screenshots and adding in the report will also help in investigation.
You can make reports in the forums Bug Reports & Issues. However!, Payment Issue, Purchased item not received and
User reports are not allowed in forums as it contains private information and to prevent which hunts/blacklisting.
Now that you all know how to fill a report please take you time and do not flood us with fake/spam reports, a lot of answers to question can be found in the forum.

have you tried closing the game, clearing the cache and reloading the game or using a different browser.
Make sure you have set a password and added an e-mail BEFORE you close, clear the cache and reload the game
