It happens many times I play on different maps and report breaking of rules, sometimes from different servers. I can trace reports to a map with a map number but I cannot physically guess to which raport/ticket guys from team are answering if they will not include original raport message to it.
It becomes very unhandy if you ,lets say , raport wolfpacks of 5 , PM offender and capital farming. You cannot physically guess to which raport team is responding. Can we PLEASE add original raport message from the game so user's know to which raport/ticket team is responding.
Kayako is very old and ancient system to manage tickets but please, lets use it to help to clean community from cheaters and abusers, not to simply tick off tasks.
