I have tried this with my friends, even if the email entered is correct we never receive the reset password emails if we try "forget password" button help pls I need to reset password for a friend
Your friend will probably need to 're-set' his own password; your knowing friends password or 're-setting' it for this 'friend' would indicate you have access to his account, which is considered as Multi-accounting and not allowed per the Bytro ToS
