Game reward question

I won the world in flames 100 players solo, i received 7120 gold marks for my index of power.
Would I also receive the 8500 gold for a single victory reward? if so; when?

Also, if I would have opened a coalition, i would receive rewards for both coalition and a single reward?
and I still did not receive those, when I will get them ?
