You can actually change it yourself: If you fire up game on phone, you can change name once there. Just make sure you use your account login to log in game on phone.
Or you have to request name change via support request.

find one of Game Operators on the chat and ask for change. it is possible that mods too can do it. new change every 6 months- this is what i was told last time
