My Enemy has just taken over another country?

    Soooo i'm a new to this game and I am Sweden, i'm ten days in and Norway have been an inactive player so i've pretty much left them alone.

    I've been waging a massive war with the Ukraine and by and large winning however i've woken up this morning to see Norway have all of a sudden sprung to life and have started attacking. Whats very odd is that the capital of Norway is now also the capital of Ukraine, they appear to be totally different users with totally different names. How is this possible?
