My morale falling alot, i dont understand about the "Expansion" and "Neighbour" much. Anything can I do to stop or lower 2 of this ???

Hello my friend, I think I'm responding very late, but anyway, if you still haven't figured out that problem, I can help a bit based on my limited experience. The declining morale due to neighbors is literally because of the neighbors you share borders with (I believe). In that same situation, it also matters a lot if you're at war with them, as this statistic tends to drop significantly. Regarding expansion, it’s due to the size of your territory; according to that province you have selected, it’s very far from the capital. When we expand the territory a lot, it's recommended to move the capital as long as you don’t expose it too much, lol. Well, that’s basically what I know for now. As for the forum, the activity is moderate; I think joining the official Supremacy 1914 Discord could help you a lot.

The more enemy provinces surround your province, the lower its maximum province morale.
The more allies' provinces surround your province, the higher its maximum province morale. -
Expansion
Each new province you own affects your province morale
- starts at 8% of all provinces owned
- ends at 50% of all provinces owned
- max penalty is 35 -

What does? 8% of what? 50% of what?

When you reach where you own 8% of all provinces on the map, you will get a -1 expansion penalty on the morale of all your provinces. The penalty increases as you take more provinces until you get to max of -35.
