if it is your own provinces target moral is province morale, else target is 50%. it starts at daychage yes, you loose like 15% of the difference between troop. and target morale. mechs are not affected by province morale

there is, directly after he splits you have a short frame of time where the game allows you to switch the target without returning. this mentioned window is active between few seconds up to few minutes, depending on server response i guess. so if you observe sharply you may redirect.

they loose...all territory incl. water that is not homeland has 50% target morale, even with coa buddies.

click it in your game list, click i on the right side, now click folder button. this moves that game to yourarchieve, and doesn't bother any longer in your list

same goes for real players that don't afk and keep being a threat from within the savezone....annoying

some teleports w/o screeenie later enemy inf now presents ranged attack:

ok works for my own troops as well.....
arty about to shoot, my inf moving a bit forward.....server time is found left bottom corner
few seconds later my inf ported to postion it should walk to in like 6 minutes..
again time included.....
EDIT: not limited to ai troops only....

thx for the explanation Boris. anyway, can't it be corrected by simply checking after execution if users command is met? if not, step1: goto biggest stack taken from and take another and add to new stack.

greetings, i often found that the split command doesnt work as expected. a simple example below:
like u can see i want to take 8 infantry units from bremen and hamburg and add to my stack in berlin. setting the command like in the picture.
in result this happens:
7 units start marching. well, this wasn't what i ordered....i wanted 8 units to walk
