This apparent "glitch" is something that even an experienced friend of mine doesn't know the answer to. I'm new to the game so perhaps that is the problem, but I urge all who see this thread to watch this link:
, and then tell me if the answer to this problem is right under my nose. I can't click on cities and everything else beyond the map is unclickable in the UI screen. Not a good first experience.Unable to do literally anything beyond moving units

Have you tried deleting the caché and restarting the browser?
-
Yup, tried everything, my friend - it has to be something in the game because I've tried on multiple devices
-
I just can't do anything except move the troops I have
-
could you create a bugreport which includes your system specs?
-
I have the same problem. I just got this after starting a new game with my friends. all of the other games are ok
-
Thanks for the reports. This seems to be a bug that occurs when you reload the game/refresh the page just before the "click on the advisor icon" task in the tutorial. Unfortunately, there is not easy workaround for you, so I suggest joining a new game round instead while we work on a fix.
-
Thanks for the info, I'll make sure that doesn't happen again

I'm not too familiar with the process, but I'll do my best
-
PS: I am on a chromebook, currentIy

lol, forgive me but I can't even click on the settings in the game I'm referring to,

Is there any way to wipe the resuIts of that game from my record, seeing as I couIdn't do anything to controI my nation?
-
We have had simular cases where a bug in the tutorial made the game uncontrollable.
I don't know if they can wipe it from your records but if they can it's above my payrate. Best to enter a support ticket. That way it should be assigned to the right persons.
Please don't forget to mention your gamenumber and other additional usefull information to it. -
Eh, I don't really care enough to do that atm, but the information is noted. Thanks for your help!
