No idea where this is found or why it isn't working. I look on the shop page and all there is are options to buy GM or a premium account. Nothing else ever.
I tried to ask the chatbot, but it can't answer the question. A real person never ever responds.

I only see it in the mobile app. Go to the shop page in the app and scroll to the bottom and you will see a button labeld "Earn Free Goldmark." This opens the Offerwall, though I have not tried it yet.

I have no idea about your problem but my friend had a problem with no ads he found out that he have AdBlock on his phone try to desectivite it
