New players

So no long ago I join a new Europe 1914 tutorial game because I like x4 speed games. I played as Poland like I usually does but then all the players around me are new ones so I have 1 to 2 disadvantage in numbers if I attack any of them and then Lithuania (player BigD4Life) literally attacked me within second he join and could’ve dusted me. I eventually turn the tide and dusted him but he was terribly rude and said all about I’m his ally when he attacked me first. He used the f word a lot but except from that he lost with 2 to 1 advantage numerically. All I wanna say is that I don’t think new players should have 20 troops per province when others only have 10, I mean they also have brains if they are playing this game. Is not that they shouldn’t have any advantage at all some may need that at start but maybe a number like 15 per province, 1.5 to 1 against other players would be fairer to other players.
