how do we report admins for abuse?

    For starters, moderators do not and can not enter games as they do not have that ability. It requires a Smod or a GO to do that.
    If you have submitted a formal request for service, then those that have reviewed the request are qualified staff and will act in accordance to the Terms of Service and internal responsibilities and requirements. To simply pop off because you are being beaten, perhaps badly, is not the concern of the staff. Learn to play better. To suggest staff are doing things to your account that are beyond their ability, without any proof, or understanding as to how the system works, is degrading to those that attempt to help with such issues.
    Submit a formal request for service. If you need help, I will provide it as follows:


    You can report multi accounts at: [email protected]; what you need to list is 1. The name of the game is in the subject line. 2. The usernames/User ID of the players you'd like to report in your message. 3. The game ID at the end of your message.

    To report an issue in a game or game related:

    For mobile at the bottom right ''more'' button and then support request, for PC you can do that by clicking settings top right.

    my claims are 100% justified but yep nobody cares.. 2 pawn accounts were sent at me to wreck my tournament .. then eaten by exploiters.. the mods laughed and treated me like a child.. 6 allies accounts hacked including mine. 4 of them got banned unfairly. the hacker moved my units to attack a ally capital when i slept and they still in my account, hitting enter as i write news msg the following am. the mods do nothing to some of the other exploiters.. the mods even threatened 1 ally before tournament that he will be gone day 2.. then day 2 happens hes banned.. ive confronted 3 mods with the screen shots and they say he was kidding trying to cover for him but why did ban happen then? in my opinion mods duties arnt to tell ppl they will be removed from game before it starts.. my allies ask same question as others to mods get totally different answers.. lol ill suggest corruption because its happening.. im legacy player and i sent in 1 ticket since 2017 "regarding not getting a medal" even when ppl gm 100 planes against me i wasnt crying.. i only sent in 1 ticket in all those years.. if you doubt me then i doubt you... but yep it is what it is.. ill move on just but very saddened by whats become of the supremacy community.. i just figured it best for the community to say something in this situation.. instead of pretend it didnt happen

    at this point ive stated what happened in forums, to mods and in the tournament chat.. im sure the issue will be fixed internally. if anybody slightly cares about future of this game.. i dont want ppl in trouble, i just want the game to grow... and just to be clear i have no idea who was entering my accounts or my allies accounts to get them banned.. but there was other issues that seemed to negatively impact the game for many.. that i just couldnt let go.. seen too many say they wont play anymore
